The Furnace design is proficient in providing maximum heat transfer with minimum fuel input which helps in reducing the operational costs. There is maximum heat transfer because the high-velocity burners arrive at high exit flue velocity creating high turbulence and high circulation of furnace gases inside the furnace. This also helps in optimized fuel consumption.
The Furnace requires low maintenance costs and is highly reliable since there are minimum numbers of burners leading to the minimum requirement of spares. These burners are compatible with multiple fuels like Oil, LPG, and Natural Gas etc. Since the burners operate with low excess air with high fire the emission levels also reduce substantially.
